Booking Terms & Conditions
- £200 reservation fee secures your services for the requested wedding date. The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Balance of payment is due 1 month before the wedding. If booking falls within the final balance due period, then the full amount is due upon booking
- Please confirm your numbers carefully upon booking, as no reductions for hair and make-up services are permitted. Should someone in your bridal booking cancel, you may replace them with someone else on the day, e.g. a guest or relative. Additional people may be added to the booking (time permitting) up to 2 months before and additional artist fee/s may apply.
- Travel is charged at 60p per mile
- The timeline may be adjusted at a later date and the final schedule will be confirmed 1 month before the wedding.
- Cancellation of booking is permitted up to 2 months before wedding date, thereafter the full amount due for services is payable. Full cancellation T&Cs are outlined in the contract.
- Reservation payments are only refundable if you notify us of the cancellation of your booking within 48 hours, whereby 50% of your reservation payment shall be refunded and the balance retained to cover admin services already rendered and/or artist holding the date resulting in loss of income.
- If accommodation is required for the booking, the client is to cover travel expenses and overnight accommodation, which would be discussed with the client and agreed upon during the booking process.
